The Cost of Employee Turnover:
The cost of employee turnover can be devastating to any organization. In a recent report from Saratoga Human Resources Services, the study found that “Turnover-related costs represent more than 2% of pre-tax income for the average company according to Saratoga's 2006/2007 Human Capital Effectiveness Report.
