Paul Chadwick launched OAD Northcentral in March of 2004, rounding off a very successful 27 year career in sales and executive sales management.  His forte is helping organizations achieve their strategic goals and objectives by aligning the organization’s structure, reward systems, and management styles to optimally leverage their human capital.

His vast experience affords him the ability to assist his clients with practical, real-life business solutions.  Paul’s dynamic coaching style is evident whether consulting with clients one-on-one or in a large seminar.  Whatever the venue, Paul excels in combining clear-thinking, candid advice (often laced with humor) that challenges status quo thinking, and prompts people to explore realistic solutions.

Paul works with a wide variety of clients ranging from fast-growing technology start-ups to blue-chip, Fortune 100 firms.  With every engagement, he strives to help his clients insure that both prospective and current employees are optimally deployed throughout their organization.  Using his client’s strategic initiatives, Paul works with “C” level executives and their teams in helping them leverage their individual strengths and how to manage around their blind spots.  The end result is the building of collaborative, high-performing teams that are positioned to execute their plans and achieve their objectives.      

Before founding OAD Northcentral, Paul served as the Vice President of Sales of a Midwest-based IT company.  Under Paul’s leadership the organization experienced exponential sales, margin and earnings growth. This success was even more noteworthy in that it was achieved during some of the most challenging years that the IT industry has ever seen.  The desire to share his knowledge and expertise with other organizations was the impetus behind Paul’s   starting his own consulting and training firm.  Paul’s vision is to continually build a world-class consulting firm which focuses on the best practices of organization development.
